Karen Hanna is an executive coach and business advisor who has led businesses and large staff groups globally. Living in four countries and working in more than 30, she focused on human resources, sales and marketing, and general management.
While in Sydney, she was the Managing Director for Levi Strauss Australia and New Zealand, and was the first EVP of HR for Loblaw with a 430-person human resource team serving 140,000 colleagues during a business transformation. Karen has coached professionally since 2000, and in full-time practice since 2009. She works with executives and entrepreneurs; legal, medical and accounting professionals; athletes and musicians; and early career high potentials. Karen is the co-author with Tammie Plouffe of Talent Trouble@ - How Leaders Can Quickly Harness Trouble and Unleash Talent to Deliver Results.
